Delivery is included in the equipment price to most postcodes in the UK, please check with the team if you are not sure. Delivery and installation (if required) is carried out by our own staff, not contracted out to a third party. A reliable third party is only used if we are not able to deliver when you require it, for spare parts, for postcodes out of our remit and for international orders.
We require details of a main contact onsite on delivery day

Are there any delivery restrictions on site?
• Example no loading between 9am-5pm
• Parking restrictions
Are there any Access restrictions on site for a vehicle
• Height Restriction in particular
• Route to site on public roads
• Route to site on private roads
Is there a particular unloading area?
• Unloading area – is it flat / even and on solid ground, concrete / tarmac or similar, to allow for safe offloads and moving of the equipment?
• The onward route from unloading to the building entrance is flat / even and on solid ground?
Is assistance available subject to equipment and site access?
Is there a forklift available at the site?
Doorway / corridors /pinch points
• must exceed the minimum width / depth of the equipment to be delivered – and where possible at least 60mm wider to allow for equipment to be moved whilst still in its core factory packing to protect it and the site alike.
Doorway and Ceiling heights
• Doorway heights can be lower than the equipment as we have equipment that can safely lean
• Adequate Ceiling height is required to allow any equipment that is lent over to be re-righted, as the unit is taller when passing through the diagonal than its standard height
• If doorway dimensions do not suit, is their an alternative access through windows, balconies or similar?
Access
• Ground floor delivery only – no more than 3x small steps
• Please contact us if the delivery requires the use of stairs
• Is the site clear and accessible for the equipment?
• Will the requested /required power and (where required) water supply be ready in the required position upon delivery?
• Sketches with measurements, photos and videos of the delivery route are invaluable, if there likely to be any concerns a delivery plan can be devised prior to the day.
• Is there mains power on site?
