A Retarder-prover cabinet allows bakers to program an entire leavening cycle by setting the exact time when products need to be ready for baking, where as a normal Prover has no automative option to pre-program. This can be suitable for small batch runs, which perhaps only need one or two bakery runs a day.

What is your warranty?

Our standard warranty is 2 years. This is subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. For more details

What size retarder prover is best?

Under counter units are great for small volumes, they take from x12 600x400mm Euronorm trays and come in 2, 3 or 4 doors.

Upright provers are great for busy kitchens, come with solid or glass front doors, and have a x20 tray capacity

For large volumes you may need a baking room, and with over 200 size variations it is worth a call to discuss further if you think this is what you need. Contact us
