A butchery competition of epic proportions now in it's 14th year it has seen the number of teams grow at every event. With 14 teams of butchers now representing countries from all across the globe it is a sight to behold when they battle it out for the title of the World’s Best Butchery Team

Angel work very closely with Capital City College, formerly known as Westminster Kingsway College and their lecturers including the Game Chef and Butchery expert Jose Souto. The college are great advocates of our cabinets, and a great way of testing out new units in their busy hospitality kitchens.

Working with manufacturers and suppliers like Angel Refrigeration, producers and retailers, AoC aims to raise awareness and understanding of the role chocolate plays in our society.
The Academy also showcases great taste, encourages sustainable and ethical production, and provides educational and competition opportunities.
BASC - British Association for Shooting and Conservation support our Huntsman Game Larders, as they meet all the fresh meat storage HACCP regulations and Food Safety Guidelines.
As part of a reciprocal arrangement any BASC members can receive a discount on our Huntsman Game Larders.

Organised by a small group of hunting and outdoor enthusiasts with a great connection with either stalking, hunting, pest control or dogs.

The 2025 event is to be held at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire, 25-27 July.
