Angel Refrigeration are proud to represent A.I Guidovie IRRERA Meat Rail, Hanging and Storage System. These are custom-made self-supporting structures with sliding and static hooks specifically designed for meat storage and transportation. Using the bespoke Meat Rails, Frames and Trolleys, meat storage space is maximised and makes light work of moving meat carcass from the delivery to processing areas.

Working with A.I Guidovie, Angel Refrigeration are experienced designers and installers of these systems for cold rooms and processing areas. These made to measure structures are suitable for temperatures as low as -30°C and confirm to the highest of HACCP standards.

Meat Rail Systems

The overhead Meat Rail systems are suitable for any walk-in cold room, with or without a floor, where high load resistance fixtures and fitting are essential for meat handling. The IRRERA systems work well for small butcheries, abattoirs and large processing units alike. IRRERA Meat Rail systems are ideal for improving stock rotation and with the addition of integrated hoists, scales and trolley, they are perfect for reducing heavy lifting.

Meat Frame System

For the smaller cold room, the Meat Frames with heavy duty nylon static hooks, folding shelves and side bars, are ideal for smaller carcasses, cuts, prepared and boxed fresh meat products.

Meat Hanging Trolleys

These trolleys have been designed for moving hanging carcasses within the delivery, production and storage areas. These heavy-duty aluminium Meat Hanging Trolleys have been designed work with the IRRERA Meat Hanging Rail systems but can built to support bespoke requirements

All systems are designed to make the butcher’s, game keeper’s and artisan food producer’s life easier and help to free up staff members who can fully use their butchery and food production skills, whilst ensuring compliance with manual and mechanical lifting standards. Bespoke Solutions

These light-weight structures, bars and fittings are manufactured using anodized aluminium for strength, durability and cleanliness. Supplied with 300kg food safe sliding or static plastic/stainless steel hooks, each system is unique and is designed base on site and processes requirements.
