The Meat Hanging Frame and Storage system is ideal for a workable solution to maximising hanging and storage space within any cold room or working space such as butcheries, game larder rooms, laboratories, fermentation, drying and meat ageing rooms. These self-supporting structures with either nylon or stainless steel adjustable hooks provide a stable, long-lasting and cost-effective solution for hanging a wide variety of meats including: beef, game, lamb, pork, turkeys, venison and wild boars. These made to measure structures can be used in freezer rooms and laboratories in temperatures as low as -30°C and can be installed without drilling into the cold room panels. The system meets the highest of hygiene standards. Easy to clean and sanitize in accordance with HACCP, the removable plastic hooks and shelves are commercial dishwasher safe.
