Worktop Options for Prep Counters

For all Everlasting Professional GN1/1, Pastry and Chocolate Under Counter Refrigeration, we offer a choice of work top styles:

S = insulated top without work top for you to add your own

P = stainless steel work top only

A = stainless steel work top with 100mm upstand to the rear.

S = Using this counter top option, we can also add a granite worktop, with or without upstand to the rear

S = Insulated top

(810mm tall – just a stainless steel sheet over the insulation, no structure/worktop to put any weight on)

or

‍P = Work top only

(850mm tall – stainless steel worktop strong enough for 100kg+ equipment to be stood on or user to work directly upon)

A = Work top and 100mm splashback/upstand

(850/950mm – the same as the flat worktop plus a 100mm tall splashback at the rear)

S = Marble tops are also an option, are sold by the square metre, and can be  

P (flat) or A (flat plus the rear up stand)
